Well thats interesting,Even with my glasses on I have 3 here
that look exactly the same as earlier DeLuxe other than the
combustion chamber design, 
Is it possible that there were updates, Also Heath made
cylinders that are designed for aircraft use for the
Henderson.

Rob you did not look carefully enough.
I have just been having one of each type cylinders in front
of me. It is indeed a difference externally.
The height of the valve pockets / casting are several mm
taller than on the earlier type. In other words this is done
o give more flow as the camshaft lifts higher. This is
easily seen by the fact that there is more metal above the
hole for the sparkplug.
In addition the inlet dia. is 3mm wider on the later model
cylinder.
Isn`t life wonderfull.
