Apparently the photo I tried to attach did not upload. I am trying again. If it does not upload, please email me for photos of components. Doug, I have been doing quite a few repairs/ restorations on Ace frames lately. Some of the components came from customer supplied OEM frames (my customers opted for NEW casting that I manufacture rather than reusing the OEM forgings). Some components were picked up at swaps meets etc with the intent of using at a later date. About two years ago, I reverse- engineered the axle supports after laser scanning 2 sets of OEM axle supports and then had the stamping tooling made. The axle supports pictured are 2-piece stampings, just as he OEM supports. They are extras that I do not need. I have a few other sets as well(Early and Late). Though it may not be as interesting as some had hoped, this is the scoop on the components. -Nate ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Nate, is there an interesting story on these parts that you could share? Doug ----- ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS ----- Hello all, I have some original (OEM) Ace Motor Corp frame components that I will not be using. I also have a set of NEW axle supports (2-piece stampings just as the originals) that will be included with the lot. I’m not sure if the same rules apply for parts vs. motorcycles for sale, so, my info is as follows: Nate Jacobs Email: info@harlotcycles.com Parts are in my shop in LaGrange, KY USA and can be inspected anytime. I will not put my phone number on here as I get enough spam calls as it is... if you want to speak with me directly, email me and I will happily give you my cell number. I am asking $2,500.00 for the lot of components with the axle plates included. Thanks! -Nate |
