Yes he is all right and the sense of rotation is right and
the attacks are correct, you speak very well, in lack of
other magnets I use the DU4. . . it is new and it works very
well. Thanks to all for the suggestions

The 1920/21 Model K parts list indicates a Simms magneto as
being correct for these models. But someone may well have
fitted a ZF4 to a 1920 K - I did some work a couple of years
go on a 25 Deluxe which had been fitted with a Lucas
(British) mag - that's definitely wrong but it ran
beautifully! I agree with Ken - if it's clockwise rotation,
shaft height correct and bolt hole centres correct, then fit
t, ride it and enjoy it! You can always fit the correct mag
at a later date if one turns up! Safe riding ... Steve

Yes, I have checked on other motorbikes, the magneto DU4 is
for Henderson 1914 and ZF4 is for Henderson model K 1920.
Thanks for the confirmation for my doubts, I have been
wrong in to buy these two magnets, but they was the only
ones that had in sale . . . . . does someone want to make an
change?

Hello Devid , As long as the magneto is the correct rotation
ockwise) and platform to drive shaft hieght , it should
run ok , Bosch are usually good mags , Ken

Hello Devid , I think the orriginal magneto for the 1917
Henderson is a "Berling" BUT I'm sure a later "Splitdorf" or
h" will fit and work as well . Best of luck , Ken
