Russell,Congratulations on producing this much needed part.I
talled one of these cases on a friends KL,after Russell
matched the trans mainshaft bushing threads to the upper
case. The workmanship is superb and the quality of the
casting is excellent. the case went into the frame with no
modification and is undetectable after matching to the
patina of the mateing case.am test riding this engine now
and no problems at all. Ian Davidson>>>>>>>>>

Sorry about the delay, better late than never. Pan details
are lengthy so I'll call you. You will be satisfied with
this component as well as the KJ gear cover I'm almost
finished with. I have roughed in the upper case pattern but
the machine cost may make that part cost prohibitive.
Thanks and glad to hear all is well with the lower
case. I put alot of time into both patterns and tooling
fixtures, more time than it would have taken to build my KJ
basket case. I will be pouring some more pans and gear
covers in February.

I have found a new material for the front brake that looks
ry promising, I will let you know the results after
testing is complete.
