I just searched the FAA aircraft database for "Heath" aircraft and found six entries, only three of which appear to be associated with somewhat operational status. Only one of those three appears to be a candidate for a Henderson-powered Heath Parasol and it DOES appear to have a current registration (it could be in legal flying condition). I will paste the details on that aircraft below, but before that I will provide a summary of the list of the six aircraft.

MfrCode ST Mfr Model MfrY Engine Expire
------- -- ------ ---------------- ---- ----------- -------
4240129 WI Heath Parasol Special 1955 Continental 12/2011
4240139 MN Heath Super Parasol 1929 Unknown 12/2015
4240142 ?? Heath Super Parasol 1928 ?? ??
05620E3 ?? Heath Dale Parasol ???? ?? ??
4240135 ?? Heath Super Parasol ???? ?? ??
4240132 TX Salac-Heath Parasol 1977 Continental 11/2014
------- -- ------ ---------------- ---- ----------- -------

Of the above list, it seems that, while the third and fifth entries represent possible Henderson-powered aircraft, there seems to be no information in the FAA system as to the current owner or status. That leaves the second aircraft which the FAA reports was registered as N838W on October 6, 1967, was declared airworthy on May 22, 1973, and has apparently been registered ever since. The owner name listed is:

Name ROFSHUS ROBRT IRVIN
Street 1608 BRIDGE
City ALBERT LEA State MINNESOTA
County FREEBORN Zip Code 56007
Country UNITED STATES

Does anyone know of a Henderson powered aircraft that is actually servicable?
