I think you've mistaken this apparatus for a handlebar clip-on for Hardley Hummers. When they break down, the fan blows air in your face and hair giving the impression you riding at a high rate of speed. Drives the girls crazy seeing wind blown hair.

It's the rare and coveted Stream Fording Attachment.

You detach the speedometer cable from the speedometer, and attach this instead. There's a clamp (not seen in the picture) which attaches it the the back of the rear stand.

Revving the engine with the transmission in high gear will allow the S.F.A. to develop maximum forward thrust, allowing the Henderson rider to safely cross deeper streams.

Does anyone know what this is. It was in a parts box for my 29 KJ. It is painted the same as the front forks, so I assume it has something to do with the front end.

Any help would be appreciated.
