Thanks, Jim. I figured that rolled over part had to go
somehow but wasn't sure about how to get it to hold
together afterward. Guess I'll have to work on my TIG
skills.

I 'll bet whoever designed that pressure plate couldn't
have imagined people would be refurbishing them 80
years later or maybe he'd have made them easier to fix.

hey gary.if it is the same as the one i have here,you
have to cut it open on the lathe.weld it back together
after.it does not unscrew,counterclock or otherwise.
