I have not been able to use the Indian tank strips. The flanges on the Indian steel tanks are much thinner than the flanges on the KJ tanks. The channel in the Indian rubbers are narrow and will not slide over the flange. If someone is making strips specifically for the '30-31 Indian aluminum tanks they may be a little wider. This KJ tank strip would be good for someone like Tom F. to make or I may look into it.

Does anyone have a source for, or even a picture of, the rubber filer strip used
on KJ and Super X with cast aluminum tanks? I'm working on a 1931 Chief that
has cast aluminum tanks, very similar to KJ and Super X and need this item. I
havn't found a suitable supply yet. If it is available, I know of 6 or more losers
such as myself in need of this part. Any ideas?

Thanks,
