Hi John
You might like to consider Rob Olson's oil pump modification. He supplies oversize gears both on gear diameter and shaft diameter so that the worn pump body can be machined to suit. They are also wider than standard giving a much improved pump with more pressure and higher flow rate. As I say, the pump body needs some machining (which he does for you) but in my opinion this is the way to go. Details are on his website - http://www.hendersonmotors.com/newhen.htm

I'm in the process of rebuilding my 1929 Henderson Deluxe. I am needing an oil pump housing as mine is worn beyond repair. Is this a common problem, and if so, are enough housings needed for reproduction in cast iron?
