Hi Ed,

I have heard over and over not to do them too tight. Word has it that even .006 is not enough with cam ground pistons. When I did my deluxe motor I used Harley 45 pistons which are cam ground and allowed .008 - .010. It is quiet starting and runs good right up to operating temp. Someone else care to add to that?
