There's nothing unusual about the Henderson in the photo. It's a 1920 model K. This was the first year for the new motor and chassis. Forks evolved into heavier units with a a straight spring fork. Chain guard was standard for that year. Bike rolled on gray clincher rims. The exhaust is simply homemade, something many riders did with their Fours.

Who can tell me more about this bike; was it customised? Interesting are the engine(size), its exhaustsystem and the chainquard.
