Lovely picture , it's always nice to see period photo's (even if they aren't Hendersons !!) the bike in your photo Perry looks as if it's had some miles , don't think much of the passenger "seat" but at least there's a handle to hold on with . Isn't that a '30/31 front end ??
Both really nice pictures , Ken - wonder if these bikes are still treading the road , nice to think they are .

I think Sverre nailed it. Looks like a 1927 Super X to me too.
Attached is a photo of another 27 Super X I was given. Interesting story - I was at motor vehicles a few years ago registering a Super X I had bought. The lady behind the counter recognized the brand!! Turns out the prior weekend she had been helping her mother sort through old photos. This was a photo of an old boy friend of her mother's. On the back was written the date and location the photo was taken (in Calgary AB on April 17 1932) but also that the motorcycle was a Super X. Good thing or the clerk would have had no idea and never made the association when I registered my bike ... Perry

Hi Pat.
Your G-pa`s bike is a Super X from 1927? Cool bike and nice photo.
There is other people on this board that can give you the correct year of this Super X.

Sverre

I would like help in finding out the year and Model of my G-pa's bike. I'm thinking 1931 KL but all pictures I've found have the kick-start on the left? And the color?

I own his 1930 Model A and wish to heck I had the bike to go next to it.

Thanks,
pat
