Thanks Perry and Bob for your answers upon my color questions! The Factory Letter (May 1931), that Perry is referring to, states that besides "sage green" (standard color) there was also a choice between "grass green", "maroon" and "black" (= no longer optional?). Furthermore the "Henderson blue" is not included in this offer as before? OK, maybe this will never be completly investigated/solved, and who has seen a BLACK Super X!? Two ich stripes on the guards also puzzels me. Are there any evidence (pictures)??? Many greetings from a curious Swede !!!
