Carl Vandre's family requested that donations be made in his name to his church, where he was very active, or to a charity of your choice. I would like to make a donation to the KJ Exchange in Carl's memory. I know he enjoyed this web site and everything Henderson, so even though this isn't technically a charity, I feel it is fitting to honor him by continuing the KJ web site. I guess most of you are the same. If you are like me, it probably means that we don't very often view the web site as a whole. I did just that this evening and found a new entry - in small print. It was asking for donations to help fund this website. I don't know how long it's been there but I gladly made my donation straight away. I guess there are plenty of others out there who are only too willing to help support the site if only they knew the way in which it could be done. Well, that's why I'm posting this. If you receive automatic notification of new postings you will now know that the website needs donations. This is a brilliant resource and not something I would like to see fail for the sake of a few $ to help keep it going - let's hope enough of you feel the same.
