Cut-n-paste is the way to go.
Left clip your mouse on the start of the text, hold it down and run it down to the bottom and release. Then right click and click copy.
Go into Babelfish, cursor to the correct place, right click then click "paste" and click translate.
You can also similarly cut-n-paste the webpage URL into Babelfish and let it translate the whole page - or website.
Bit rough and ready, but usually reasonably understandable.
Technical terms are usually beyond it - and give some funny results. My favourite was the Paris Salon (MotorShow) of the very early years of motoring - babelfish translated this as loungeroom......
